I am a Sports Scientist and UEFA B Football Coach. Passionate about data and how to use it to potentiate the athletes and the technical staff, I have been

dedicated to monitoring training loads, both individually and collectively.

Since joining SL Benfica, I have worked across multiple sports, primarily focusing on data visualization, research projects, and improving methodology

processes within the club's Sports Science Department.

In the present season, I am the Lead Sports Scientist for Women’s Football (professional and youth teams), as well as Sports Scientist for the Women’s

Football First Team.

In my last high school year, I decided to go abroad and embark on one of the most fulfilling experiences I have ever had. I left my comfort zone and spent a

year studying abroad and living with a host family in Colorado Springs, USA. This experience was life-changing and has become an integral part of who I am

today.

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Human Kinetics and consider myself an ambitious person, focused on positively influencing the contexts I work in and

contribute to.
